Mosque Maintenance

Taking care of mosques’ maintenance by entering into agreements with maintenance companies in order to ensure that the best standards of mosque maintenance are being implemented and maintain that all such facilities in mosques as air conditioners, microphones, lights, water dispensers, water closets, furniture, interior decorations and paint are always in appropriate conditions. The aim is to offer a healthy and safe environment for worshipers in line with the principles of Islam and upkeep the houses of Allah.

Mosques’ Imams, Awqaf’s branches and maintenance providers.

Expected Time

From 24 to 48 hours according to priority.

Service Procedure

  • 1 Imam al Jamia access the service by clicking on “Start Service”
  • 2 Enter username and password.
  • 3 Fill the maintenance form and send it to the Awqaf staff who is responsible to receive maintenance requests.
  • 4 The concerned staff will forward the request to the maintenance department with a copy to the maintenance company
  • 5 Once the company completes the required work, the Imam al Jamia inspects the works to ensure they are done in accordance with the contract terms and then closes the request.
