​At the request of the contractor, Hajj and Umrah Department cancels his work permit or the work permit for any of his branch offices

Service Procedure

  • 1 Hajj and Umrah campaign operator visit the concerned Awqaf branch to apply for the service
  • 2 Hajj and Umrah Division sends the application to the Hajj and Umrah Department prior to referring it to the licensing committee
  • 3 Once the committee approves the application, applicant will be contacted to collect the approval and pay the required fees
  • 4 Permit will be cancelled in the Hajj and Umrah system and concerned entities will be advised
