Waqf funds for Knowledge

The proceeds of this Waqf are allocated to serve learners and promote knowledge by building related facilities and providing the necessary means of operation.

It includes the following:

  • Sponsoring students whether inside or outside UAE in fields of benefits to the community.
  • Training scholars whether inside or outside UAE and preparing them to properly assume the responsibilities that will be assigned to them.
  • Providing support for undertaking studies and research, writing and publishing books. This project requires of the endower to give out a part of his wealth for sponsoring these activities.
  • Building, maintaining, and supplying schools through the revenues of Waqf donated by endowers, which are spent on the construction of schools and supplying their various needs.

The Waqf funds aims at, but not limited to:

  • To encourage learning and promote knowledge to better serve the individual and the community alike.
  • To academically prepare students to keep up with the changes in accordance to the needs of the community.
  • To sponsor scientific research and open new horizons for inventions and innovations.
