There has come to you conclusive evidence from your Lord. And We have sent down to you a brilliant light.” For this light to continue, Allah the Most High sent the Prophets and Messengers to bring people out of the depths of darkness into the realms of light and guide people on the righteous path. On a related note, Dr al-Kaabi said that the Almighty Allah had bestowed upon the UAE a wise leadership that has enlightened life for its citizens and bolstered the march of development, thus contributing to creating a strong union and a deep-seated civilisation grounded on faith and purity and morality and values. He pointed out that the appellation of being Emirati represents proof of competitiveness in gaining knowledge, attaining high morals, excelling in the workplace, mastering performance, showing leadership, adhering to sincerity, honouring the pledge, and demonstrating tolerance in relations and humanity in the giving. Dr al-Kaabi further said that on such blessed occasions, we pledge Allah the Exalted to be under the flag of our leadership, preserving the achievements of our country, a symbol of love and peace and a hub for tolerance and harmony and benevolence among people, and invoking Allah, the Glorious, to have mercy upon the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and the Founding Fathers, and the late Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed and the late Sheikhs, who have passed on to Allah’s mercy.
